I’ve finally finished a new Sam & Max episode and it’s now fully released on YouTube (as our release schedule has been focusing on Call of Cthulhu and Life is Strange for a while) from Beyond Space and Time. This time it’s Night of the Raving Dead – which was very fun, like all Sam & Max games.
That’s all for now, until next time, which will be Chariots of the Dogs from Sam & Max. XXX
So, here we are, at the start of a new season of Sam & Max – Beyond Space and Time! This episode was really good, and I do remember (I played this when it first came out) this whole season being great. I look forward to playing more.
After the more, you will find 10 videos that make up the whole of episode one – Ice Station Santa.
I am still doing Let’s Play’s of Sam & Max, and this episode Peter is joining! While these aren’t as popular as our usual Let’s Plays – not that that’s at all why we do them – I still like doing them. So, look for the videos after the cut!
Here’s a new set of Sam & Max: Save The World videos, this week we’re playing Abe Lincoln Must Die! There’s eight videos in this set, unlike the usual seven or the six videos we had last week. Check under the more for the videos.
So, I’ve started a new solo venture to run alongside our other co-op-ed Let’s Plays. Instead of horror, I’m going to be playing and commentating on some of the many, many adventure-style and point-and-click games I own and love. I’m going to start off with the first of the most recent Sam & Max games, Save the World (a series of episodic short games).
Producing these videos was interesting, while a widescreen patch does exist, some elements of this first new season of Sam & Max don’t quite work, as they were designed for a 4:3 aspect ratio, so that’s what I’ll be playing it in. To cover the screen estate that most people will have left over, (as most people have 16:9 displays these days) I’ve applied some interesting affects in post. Later seasons have more widescreen support.
This week I’ve completed episode one – Culture Shock. Enjoy.
